Rules

To ensure a fair and impactful experience for all, please follow these guidelines:

Team Formation
  • Teams can have 1 to 3 members.

  • Cross-college teams are allowed.

  • Each participant can be part of only one team.

Project Guidelines
  • Submissions must be original work created during the hackathon period.

  • Plagiarism or use of previously submitted work will result in disqualification.

  • Projects must align with one of the listed themes or present a strong open-innovation idea.

  • Each team must submit their idea in PDF or PPT format before the deadline.

  • Shortlisted teams must be available for online presentations on the given dates.

Deadlines & Conduct
  • Late submissions will not be accepted.

  • All participants must adhere to the code of conduct – be respectful, inclusive, and collaborative.

  • Decisions by the organizing committee and jury will be final and binding.

Tools & Resources
  • You are free to use any tools, programming languages, or frameworks.
  • Open-source tools are encouraged, but credit must be given where applicable.

Hackathon Timeline

  • Submission Deadline- 06th June 2025
  • Round 1 Kickoff- 13th to 15th June 2025
